Tomato sauce a little fade has my taste, idem cheese, dough a little thick but it is a matter of taste, certainly cooking with wood fire is a plus, but I found fade overall. It's a shame we smell potential, between cooking with wood fire and freshness of ingredients I feel you can progress.
