Fatburger Buffalo's Express

Rude manager. Ordered a burger and fries and a cup of water. After I paid the guy said they ran out of water cups. I said what about the regular cups? You can watch me pour water in? He asked the a manger (larger Hispanic female) and she said no. Whathorrible customer service, especially from a manager. Do not recommend. (Guy who took my order was chill, its the manager thatsthe problem)

There was no internet when I visited here( 1993/4) but I will never forget my first real American burger,the service was great and the folks there liked my cockney London accent and I ate their burgers practically every day of the whole time I wasvisiting los angeles.i have great memories of great burgers and great staff.ps,I still have my treasured T Shirt.

Burgers are great, just avoid the lunchtime rush. Kids out of Santa Monica High School are always crowding the place so go earlier or later than lunch. Wings are garbage so stick to burgers.

Great veggieburger.The shift leaders and the staff here have treated me very well. I appreciate them. Update: Kimberly and company have only become more amazing!

I only ordered their wide fries.Very excellent.They let us bring in our dogs to eat inside.Nice employees Clean place.
