Feuerhut Dim-Sum

I know the Chinese fire pot, but the fire hat I didn't know so far. the principle is similar: they get different flesh, sweet and crunchy and do some ingredients in the broth running in a ring around the fire hat. the fire hat itself is then the broth, meat and some beautifully cured until they are. after that they can do the garden pieces in one of the many bites and eat. on the fire hat hold the ingredients on small hooks. at the beginning it is not so easy to bring the meat and broth etc. to the hooks so that the pieces have fallen into the broth. they also get some splashes. you should not wear the best dresses when you go there. at the beginning they will receive all the ingredients that are explained by the owner or service, so they know what is going on. the ingredients looked fresh and tasted like that. the broth tastes different from the fire pot rather sweet and had a taste I could not identify. it was a little uninhabited, but good. it was worth an experience and it was also very delicious.

great authentic Chinese cuisine. last time I had such a nice asia dinner I was invited to the homestay of a good Chinese friend of mine. thanks for this beautiful evening to hang up the owner of the dim sum restaurant
