Firehouse Subs Chimney Rock

I stopped catching two sandwiches this morning. The woman ordered a medium-sized beef steak with onions and mushrooms and I got the New York steamer. Both were hot and very tasty. Better than the salad stuff you get at the competitor. We were welcomed as entering and waiting very minimally. Firehouse was very clean, including the toilet. We're going back. Sandwich prices start at about 4.99 up to 12.00 dollars. Good price. I ate in all kinds of restaurants and Firehouse beats her hands down. Not only do I support Firehouse, but part of the money helps First Fire Responders in your community.

Horrible,,, was 2nd in line, waited a bit over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches,.. all because a massive online order came in... how about taking care of the customers INSIDE the store first? By the time I left, the line to order was sooo long... and the subs I got was dry as a bone.. barely any mayonaise and not a drop of the deli mustard as promised... so in other words, while customers IN THE STORE are waiting for their order, the entire staff is working on a to go order??? Management needs to rethink the priorities.

Don 't bother calling in an order. It 's automated now and it sucks. Takes forever and she doesn 't understand half of anything. Beyond frustrating. Also my order sat there until I asked if it was mine. Food is great though. I 'll order online next time.

5/22/21 I had the pepperoni pizza meatballs sub on garlic bread and it was amazing. I had the Mac cheese with bread crumbs and it was also great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T BEEN IN, IN A WHILE... SAME GREAT TASTE AND SERVICE... HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING THE TWO JOSH'S...THANKS GUYS..
