First Watch - Reservar una mesa

I waited 20 minutes before being helped by the hostess, all though I was there first.I 'm not sure if it was because of a color barrier or not.The ethnic makeup of the servers and hostess does not reflect the community it 's servicing.Also, all of the black people are seated in the front of the store beside a half wall as soon as you walk into the store on the right with a black waitress.I also paid for a LARGE pomegranate juice with no ice to go, but I received it in a very SMALL cup.I was told by the hostess and manager, "This is the size cup you receive with no ice, although it was a large. Brea has always been such an amazing waitress every time she takes care of my table! Very attentive to my needs in terms of refilling my coffee and water before I even ask ! She is always upbeat and always asks me how my day is going! As someone who is in the customer service industry, I am very impressed with Breas’ positive energy and consistency ? I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for my breakfast than at First Watch! Even the manager is walking around and making sure that everyone is being treated well !

Kalen was our waitress and she was very courteous, polite and accommodating at all times. And her boss Robert was very polite, passionate with his customers and takes care of his staff. We enjoy coming to this restaurant bc of the environment and the staff that is led by Robert who takes good care and service to his ongoing customers. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location at any time. ??

Didn’t get a chance to try the food customer service was terrible !! Specially our server she helped everyone else except us and we were there for 20 to 30 minutes before most people that were getting their drinks and food .First and last time .
