Returning yet again to this unique CBD wine bar still with it 's excellent kitchen, but now helmed (since our last visit by an even more competent team than had previously pleased us it was no less a satisfying experience returning this time...than it joyfully always has been, these past DECADES! Yes, decades ! I was aware of this place through the owner Stuart Knox who writes for The Real Review wine newsletter. We relied on his guidance/recommendations for food wine. We shared baked scarmorza, scallops, duck cigar and beetroot for entrees, all cooked well and my favorite was the duck cigar. All well paired with the Michael Hall Rousanne and Samuels Gorge Grenache. Shared the veal schnitzel with a nice side of slaw and fries. We finished off with a most pleasant Domaine petit a cabernet with some age, 2106 vintage. Thanks also to Tristan and Kaz. Would be happy to return.

One of the best restaurants in Sydney. The menu isnt large but it caters to everyone, the wine selection is amazing-trust the staff to make the selection if you cant decide, nothing from dans on these shelves but lots of approachable priced wines too.

Good place for a business lunch. Good food, good service, reasonable pricing. The bubbles by the glass is great quality.
