We walked in, smiled at the girl working and she smiled back and then we were surprised to see a man on a screen trying to take our order. He was very nice, dont get me wrong, but this is disgusting. I cannot support freshii. They are taking jobs away fromCanadians and paying these people in other countries 3.75$ an hour. This needs to stop. He didn?t even understand my orderbecause he can?t hear me properly through the screen so in the end the girl actually physically working there had to correct myorder and use the cash register herself. What is the point? It is not supporting Canadians and I?m not here for it. Horrible, donot go here. Disgusting practices
My experience with the Freshii app and delivery has been quite disappointing. I placed my order at 4:27 pm with an estimated delivery time of 5:07 pm, but I didn’t receive confirmation until 5:09 pm, and the new expected delivery time was pushed back to 5:45 pm. This is the second time the app and timing have been unreliable. Previously, I placed a pickup order 40 minutes in advance, arrived when it wasn't busy, yet still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my food to be prepared. If you’re not in a hurry or don’t expect quick online orders, I’d recommend going elsewhere. That said, the food is excellent with no complaints.
This location is atrocious. The staff mess up the majority of my orders and when I speak to the manager, the typical response is essentially ?it wasn?t my fault, I made the order but didn?t ring it in?. Given limited healthy, cost effective and fastoptions in Kamloops, I order from here frequently every month but at this point, I?ve given them ten too many chances. It?sunfortunately really. So avoidable. The menu is insanely simple.
I really enjoyed the food at Freshii. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with my allergen concerns. Erika and her team are doing an excellent job. I truly loved their service and the variety on the menu.

The salad wrap was not very enjoyable, and while the shake was the best part of the meal, it was definitely overpriced considering the overall quality of the food. The vegetables had a very bland taste.
The meal didn’t come with utensils, which turned eating into quite an adventure! The Fiesta salad was fantastic, but the Kale Caesar wrap was extremely dry and barely had any dressing.
Freshii is an excellent choice when you're looking for wholesome food. The Create Your Own Bowl option offers a wide variety of choices and has everything I was craving.
I visited Freshii for lunch and was impressed by the tasty food and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning.

the Spiicy Lemongrass (Small) tasted like beef broth with vinegar, not lemongrass. It also arrived on its side leaking.
