"Havana's on the Bay.... This place could be great. Unfortunately, the owners are completely clueless when it comes to the hospitality industry. They don't pay their bills, they don't pay their staff. They have to buy their supplies from the stores because their suppliers cut them off. It's really sad too, because anyone with half a clue can make this place extremely successful. How they remain open is beyond me. I feel sorry for their investors. Department of Labor has been contacted and a small claims suit will be filed. I do not recommend Havana's on the Bay. There are plenty of MUCH BETTER places in South Beach or the Design District."
