Healthy Habit - Reservar una mesa

This is an amazing place if you are looking for a healthy salad, soup or smoothie. (I'm sure they offer more, but that's all I remember) My wife and I had the Sedona salad. The salad tasted amazing. But we were more impressed by the chopping phase of our salad. It spreads evenly the aromas of salad. Plus the Cilantro Lime Chili Dressing adds a great taste. My wife had the Herb Balsamico Dressing, which also tasted. I wish I had a healthy habitat near me. But this place will be visited every time we get to Hilton Head. You can't go wrong here!

This place is not open long, but we've been there at least three times. I always get my own salad and get my daughter (almost three years) a quinoa, or Farro based packaging. Always good. The smoothies are also delicious, a little expensive, but nevertheless good. Would recommend!

This is the most amazing place. I'm going there for the chopped salads, but yesterday the Avacodo toast with beet and goat cheese, the bread of Sprout Mommas, was incredible. You have to try! Kevin. Hope and the whole crew are the best. Oh, and the coffee...

Really pleasant and fast experience. I went into her realize that I was a newcomer and went right over the menu and offered suggestions. Tell me they know their customers. The salad was one of the best I had in a long time! Very recommended.

Hands down the best salad ever!!!! I enjoyed every bite of my salad and my smoothie was equally impressive. The staff was very friendly and inviting.
