This was the biggest disappointment of the season. Here we were planning over a month this family event to go to Hoffman's Chocolates winter Wonderland event. We were so excited to see the lights and go ice skating with the grandchildren. The events were all over social media and on their phone which they by the way they never respond to. As soon as we arrived and parked our cars, there was a sign on the door saying that there was no winter wonderland and it was temporarily closed. However, the chocolate and ice cream stores were open. As soon as we walked in mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus were there to greet us and take pictures. The whole thing was a ploy. No wonderland this year. When we walked in the door while it was nice to see Santa Mrs Claus sitting on the bench, you could tell they were exhausted. Selection this year was low pricing went up. No ice rink out front. Tons of parking since no lights. Wife got her annual nut cracker and a few chocolates and I got hit with a 80 bill. I only go because of my wife and son but if they don't have the wonderland next year I probably won't take my family back.
I loved this place every holiday! my family, my children, we always went there what happened to these beautiful holiday lights! everyone is looking forward to them, why did you take them away? we love the ones that I am sure everyone else is doing this and everyone else is talking about them! Bring them back, bring them back, we want them back!
took my family to Hoffmans chocolate in Lake Worth FL their main location. When I walked inside, I was disappointed to see the chocolate factory windows were painted black and you couldn?t see anybody making chocolate. The chocolate was good, but theexperience changed drastically without the factory.
