Hursey's -b-q - Reservar una mesa

Although the online menu was confusing(it said they have bark ribs and they have not and only certain foods at certain days), we ended up eating a lot for my allergicly restricted man, my mother, who said they ate there once and not liked it, and I who wished they had brisket. we enjoyed the pork ribs, bruised chicken, potato salad and baked beans, all well. the lady room was sufficiently clean and the sitting area was clean and welcoming. the floor near the register was sticky, and now are my shoes, but then no one can say what someone could have put on their shoes.

Just visited the S Church St location. Drive thru (inside closed). Ordered the #3 menu item which is BBQ, chicken, and brunswick stew. Cost is over 30.00. Gentleman taking the order was not friendly..seemed very curt...matter of fact When I got home the order did not have the 8 pieces of chicken. 30.00 is a lot of money for a small container of BBQ, slaw, and quart of stew. Restaurant closed at 5pm today so nothing I could do. This will be my last time to patronize Hursey's.

I have been eating Hursey’s BBQ since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Lately, I only get to eat it several times a year. This visit I got a to go order, a BBQ plate and 1/2 pound of Q to eat later. The BBQ was on point as always, and the hush puppies weredelicious. The only thing wrong was they forgot to put the sauce in the bag like I asked for, not worth it to go back for.

a comfortable small restaurant with excellent customer service! the waitress was one of the kindest people I've ever met. the food was average, but we have had the sides enjoying it. the fries were particularly hot and crisp. a good experience for our family, especially our small child (who loved the mac and cheese and the waitress very much).

This was the worst food I have ever tried to eat. The chicken was not bbq it was fried over cooked chicken with bbq sauce on the table. The skin on the chicken was so tough I couldn't chew it.A big waste of money. First and last time there
