We love this place! We came here weekly (every Friday to Saturday) and had only good experiences. Very friendly staff and faster service. These workers definitely deserve the highest praise and the best tips. Great vibes and great food with a very friendly and attentive staff. I look forward to my late night Friday / Saturday dinner every week and always with a smile on my face. The kitchen staff is a talented bunch, food is always amazing. I highly recommend this facility. Looks like a great team environment, staff always smiles and laughs and never seems to be in a bad mood!

We had dinner here. The food was good. We had omelets with ash-browns. Our server was friendly and attentive. It wasn't busy when we left in the evening. We didn't have to wait until we were sitting. I would recommend this IHOP if you are in the area and wish breakfast for lunch or dinner.

Great visit. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was super friendly, and they took my milk allergy happy. I ate the French toast and was so excited to finally have it after so long!

I'm pregnant and eat here often. Although the morning cook doesn't get my over medium eggs correct ever. The night cook is always on point with no complaints. Love their pancakes

excellent service, the food really delicious, the staff excellent people, especially Genaro, the super friendly and gave us excellent service.
