1st order placed online and last order. On 19/11/22, I order Billy libraries in stock according to the site, with delivery scheduled for 6/12. Exhaustion of the sum (338€ on 21/11/22. I get a sms on 29/11 as my order is registered and in preparation, I check the site and idem status. I'm happy because I'm gonna be able to make my living room right before the parties. And today, on Sunday 4/12, I receive an email that tells me that my order was cancelled without reason. The BORDEL!!! Surprise !!! An appointment in sabotage kitchen design. I was called on the eve of a masked number to modify and above all advanced an appointment that did not take place, yet an email confirmation the day before evening, the day J at 12 o’clock for an appointment 13:45 ....I lost one afternoon, petrol, and money, because it is a paid appointment. SAV Nullissime... no follow-up! We never have the same person on the phone. We had a problem on the first day of installation with the freezer refrigerator and they send you to the Electrolux supplier that sends you to IKEA or to a neighborhood convenience store.
