1st order placed online and last order. On 19/11/22, I order Billy libraries in stock according to the site, with delivery scheduled for 6/12. Exhaustion of the sum (338€ on 21/11/22. I get a sms on 29/11 as my order is registered and in preparation, I check the site and idem status. I'm happy because I'm gonna be able to make my living room right before the parties. And today, on Sunday 4/12, I receive an email that tells me that my order was cancelled without reason. Checking on the site, and it is well cancelled but they recreated one just after with the same items and delivery scheduled for 22/12.Espering that there will not be a problem yet. SAV Nullissime... no follow-up! We never have the same person on the phone. We had a problem on the first day of installation with the freezer refrigerator and they send you to the Electrolux supplier that sends you to IKEA or to a neighborhood convenience store. Dem.er.dez vous en résumé. A VAS that does not have an advisor or folder dedicated to the problem!!! Anyway a month after always nothing resolved!!! If you buy a complete kitchen at almost 9,000 € ... make a prayer....

My husband and I were served by a young man (who, from memory, is named Alexandre) and who was particularly conscientious about the quality of his service. He was able to show seriousness and dynamism despite having been alone behind the counter. We also appreciated the welcome at the checkout by another member of staff (David) who was particularly available and welcoming. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff.

Attacked by a kitchen employee at 10 a.m. by literally pulling out my tray and putting it all down, the person responsible for the moment was not at all up. No excuse from them. I'm not recommending this store that's in danger of the sign. PS: A handrail was placed at the police station in Franconville....

No accessible networks or wifi! Complicated to send a photo or call for the choice of different furniture. Restaurant chained. So we turned around.

Catering space lacks hygiene. The trash cans overflow, soil and tables are not subject to regular cleaning
