Islands Redondo Beach

This place never fails. I have been to plenty of Islands and I can say that the service and food does not vary with location. The food and service is always great at every location. You get a huge about of food well worth the price. 4 of us shared the brownie and was enough for all of us to get our sweet tooth satisfied. Truffle fries are delicious and shareable. My husband loves the teriyaki wings. Been coming to islands for 20 years roughly and will keep coming back.

I usually come to this place and have no problems. This special day. I ordered to go to the restaurant, my sister and I couldn't decide. The employee who has come to take our order has given us the feeling. She stood right in front of us and observed how we decided to get what. We placed our order. Then we got the order, checked the entrance she forgot an article, but she didn't put the article on the entrance.

The food is dry, tasteless, takes an hour to serve, and the service is terrible. We had a young blonde waitress who forgot we were there, but also flirted with 3 men at the table. She forgot to bring us our food. The food was dry and tasteless. The islands need to stop teen stones and get some actual staff. I'll never spend money here again.

Usually the service is okay. But this time the waiter wasn't even there to see if we need anything. Was charged extra for drinks because they did not tell us that Happy Hour was just a terrace or bar. Even if they knew we were there for Happy Hour.

Food is always delicious! Service is great! Never wait long. Our server summer was amazingly very nice and attentive to us! Have fun. Would definitely recommend it.
