Jack Astor's St John's

While our server did his best the restaurant was over busy without enough staff. We had to get our own cutlery and napkins from a neighbor table and waited for 45 mins and 4 asks for water. The food was ok but one meal was obviously burnt and still placed our table by, who I think, was the manager. Never ever showed up with replacement for the food. The meal was removed from our bill but I figure that was only fitting as no one could eat it. No manager ever came to speak with us, offer anything or apologize for the experience.

Great food!! The resultant was very clean. Service was good however hard to hear with the music. I do suggest maybe having more life music on weekend nights

Food and service was good. They had changed the menu and my favorite dish was excluded from the new menu otherwise our experience was good.
