I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to see that the employees did not prioritize cleanliness. A customer asked an employee to change his gloves before preparing her sandwich, but he refused and became rude. Despite her polite request, he was combative and ultimately refused to serve her. This behavior is not acceptable, especially in a time where cleanliness and hygiene are paramount. I chose to leave as well, as I did not want to risk eating food prepared in such unsanitary conditions. It is concerning that the employee did not see the importance of following basic hygiene protocols. The state health board should look into this matter to ensure the safety and well-being...

WOW!! Such a bad experience at this store!! SUCH rude employees incredibly bad customer service!! I mentioned how the cc machine was difficult to use, the guy employee said No, it 's not . Both the guy girl working seemed to have no idea whatthey were doing or what ingredients go into which sandwiches (we only ordered 4! . I will NOT be returning to this store (notworth it! ! ????

I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and wanted to share my thoughts on this particular location. While it can get busy at times, I have always had a great experience with the staff here. One employee in particular, named Luis, stands out for his exceptional service and delicious #13 sandwich-making skills. He is always friendly and never fails to put a smile on my face.

Great service at this location! Ryan made my sandwich, and he did an amazing job....I hate it when everything is rushed and someone just throws stuff into your sandwich.... that was not the case here, Ryan took the time to place everything correctlyin the sandwich. He is an artist! This guy is going places!

The food was satisfactory. However, I was not pleased to see the staff wipe counters with rags, handle utensils, and then reach into the cheese and lettuce with the same gloves on their hands.
