Literally the worse Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been at. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I go my wait is 10 minutes or more and rarely there are ever anyone other people/orders. I have no idea why it takes them this long to make ONE sandwich. Also, it’s beyond me why I continue to get extra cheese because this location NEVER puts it on the sandwich. They just charge you $1.25 and you get nothing and every time I think maybe they will this time. I even put an emphasis on it and ask as it’s handed to me and they ALWAYS confirm that the extra cheese is on there, when it isn’t. TERRIBLE. On a positive note the staff is friendly. They just don’t know how to read receipts I guess. Id...

This is the closest Jimmy John’s to our house and my kids like Jimmy John’s so We’ve tried to give them a fair shot as they’ve apologized when they’ve messed up and sworn they are working on quality. This is 3rd time we have had a pretty bad experience- here is my TOTALLY Tuna sandwich. Yikes. I tried to call and find an internal email address to send this to for training purposes and the person basically played dumb. So here you are business owner. Good luck.

Waited 25 minutes for one sandwich. Ordered curbside pickup and waited 15 minutes, with no updates. Walked inside and asked about my order to be told they lost the ticket no apologies for the delay. Waited another 10 minutes while people who came in after me and ordered were completed first. 2 stars because sandwich was good but service was terrible

Literally had a bread and bacon sandwich… interpret how you will with the photo attached. But I requested no tomato, instead they took off the lettuce.

Every time I order from here my sandwiches are well put together, not skimpy on the ingredients, and delivered “freaky fast”.
