Kaspas Desserts - Reservar una mesa

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered an Oreo crunch crepe but received a waffle instead. I politely pointed out the mistake, and they made the correct order for me. However, I overheard a woman who I assume is the manager, talking about me to the staff, falsely claiming that I had ordered a waffle. Despite this, she eventually brought me the crepe and placed it on the table without a word. I then overheard her making a snide remark about me, saying, "well I hope she's happy now she has her crepe." Needless to say, I will not be returning to Kaspas.

The manager and staff were amazing! They were extremely accommodating to our group with physical disabilities and special needs. The restaurant is gorgeous with beautiful decor and ambiance, ample space, clean bathrooms, and the desserts are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant - we have already returned for a second visit and plan to come back again in the future.

Ordered two creps and two milkshakes took ages to make them people who walked in after us walked out with their food and drinks before us when our food did arrive it wasn’t wrapped up properly and everything was covered in caramel sauce and was so sticky it got all over my hands and clothes, feel mugged off the fact I spent money on such rubbish

Order delivered incomplete (like several paid for ingredients missing). Called and was hard to understand. Was told to call again. Have been calling back a few times for 30 mins no pickup anymore.

Another lovely experience dining at this location. The friendly staff and speedy service made it worth digging into the wallet and enjoying another cheeky meal out
