I want to extend my gratitude to Rob (the manager), Ian (the chef), and the entire team at The Kings Arms for a fantastic lunch on Saturday. We were a large group that booked at the last minute after being let down by another local restaurant, but the team handled our late reservation and sizable number with ease. They were well-prepared to host us that Saturday afternoon. The table service was prompt, friendly, and accurate, making it easy to split the bills for each table. The food was outstanding, which is impressive for such a big group; I especially want to highlight the Steak and Ale pies. Me and a friend visited today following a 6 mile walk across Bushy Park for a well earned lunch and something to drink. I believe the restaurant has new management and I must say you can tell! The service we received was excellent. Our food was to a good standard and the staff were very helpful. The prices were reasonable especially for a tourist area which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend a visit here!
I had an overnight stay with my daughter, and we had an excellent experience. The dining staff were very helpful and friendly, and the historical ambiance and preserved decor made the trip perfect for my daughter, who is obsessed with the Tudor period. I highly recommend it!
