Klosterschänke Hude

I can definitely confirm the slogan of the Klosterschänke Schlemmen and Sleeping Behind Convent Walls, because I saw from my room window directly on the monastery ruins illuminated at the depth of the night, starting with a fantastic breakfast the next day. Conclusion: My recommendation and my thanks for the great room and rich breakfast goes to Jens Burgdorf and his nice team of Klosterschänke Hude. I'm happy to come back! Good food is offered by the monastery pots Hude in any case. But the place itself is what really impressed us. The historical flair is fantastic and enthusiastic. The service was top. The menu offered from Schnitzel to Steak some highlights, in particular the large selection of asparagus dishes inspired me. The asparagus was very well prepared and the portions were sufficiently large.

We had an apartment in the palpitate. The apartment is beautiful. The view of the forest or monastery is very beautiful. It was calm and relaxing. Would recommend the apartment with washing machine and dryer. And we'll be back.
