Kong Ming - Reservar una mesa

So, roughly seven years ago, some time after our favourite local Chinese food joint mysteriously went bye bye, we decided to take a chance on this unassuming little place. It's near where I live, and I remember my late grandfather getting food from here years ago although I'm sure the place has changed hands since then . This is not a place you can sit down in it's strictly takeaway food. When you call, you either get someone who speaks and understands English well, or you get someone who, well... doesn't. In the latter case, you just have to make sure you get your order read back to you to avoid any mistakes. The food...is delicious. Since we live near the place, we barely have time to sit...

Certainly not my favorite in Newark but will do. It's close to where I live so it's convenient and the food is decent. Don't get me wrong the food is okay it's just not on the level of some other spots like Amin's on chancellor Ave, loon Hing , or Aiesha kitchen and other spots. Staff is friendly. Prices a little bit up there though.

No seats in the waiting area. Service was good. I'm liking the food. Does not take debit or credit cards. Over all, no complaints!
