Kyojin Japanese Buffet

Not your typical buffet. Let me start by admitting that I'm a little bit of a food snob... I simply don't eat at buffet restaurants. Occasionally I'll be talked into meeting someone at a buffet of their choosing, and I'm generally steadfast in my opinion of buffet's by the end of the meal. Two notable restaurants have broken my buffet stereotype, however... the first is Todai in Tampa. The second is Kyojin in South Miami. The food at Kyojin is fresh, well prepared, diverse, and amazingly inexpensive. The owners are delightfully cheery and nice... Wendy made us feel right at home. Our friend Tony insisted that he treat us to dinner at Kyojin... piling up snow crab and mussels along with sushi...

Had the Japanese sushi buffet for dinner at our second dinner in Miami. Slowly for a sushi buffet for a long time and viola! The sushi was good, but the steak was bad. Honestly, I had a better sushi buffet in Boston, but that was kind of average. Had no appetite for the desserts, she could not try. The collection seemed very diverse.

Delicious!. Not bad for the price, the sushi is always fresh, and the Udon is scrumptious! Make sure to tip the Teppanyaki chef, he cooks delicious meals on demand. Oh, and all you can eat sushi and sashimi. Who needs crab legs?

Love it. I've eaten for the first time in Kyojin. wonderful selection of sushi, sashimi, a hot buffet and dessert. excellent quality, excellent choice, staff very friendly, and not so expensive. I recommend this place.

The prices are very reasonable for a weekday and there are choices of nitrile and rolls vary which is beautiful. It is by no means a gourmet sushi experience, but for the price it is amazing! Definitely worth a visit!
