A very nice discovery in intra-muros, far from the food factories that are so numerous. A small room perfectly equipped (glass pads) for the respect of the distances between tables, excellent and original dishes based on fresh first products, and a fast, attentive and friendly service. It's one of my unforgettable gastronomic experiences. The kitchen is extraordinary, from recipes to dishes. Of all the restaurants I visited, I think this one is one of the best. Their duck magret is remarkable but also their chocolate terrine. In two visits, I was entirely conquered by their talent.
