Forever waiting times, incompetent staff, bad service and bad food. And if you end up reporting your dissatisfaction to the boss and the staff (the boss's children with no experience in the catering industry), the restaurant manager yells at you and throws you out. I've never experienced anything like that, outrageous and brazen. And there seems to be an attempt to erase bad recessions by reporting them. Fits into the picture.
