La Madeleine - Reservar una mesa

We were very disappointed when we arrived at the restaurant excited to try a croque Madame, a quiche Lorraine, and a croissant. Unfortunately, the employee at the counter informed us that there would be a 45-minute wait from the time we placed our order, which was not ideal for a Saturday morning. Despite there being four staff members working and the restaurant being only moderately busy, there was a lack of urgency in assisting customers with their orders. We also observed a customer returning their order twice while waiting in line. Ultimately, we appreciated being informed of the wait time by the employee at the counter, prompting us to leave the restaurant.

I went to dinner today (10/15/2022 at 6:10 pm) and the staff was extremely rude. The host's attitude was disdainful and the server in the red shirt was the worst. There seems to be a problem with this place, as I have read numerous reviews mentioning the rude employees. Is there a manager on duty or is there no manager at all? I wish I could give this place 0 stars. You completely ruined my day, thanks.

We had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant. The quiche and all American eggs were cooked perfectly, and the blueberry lemon danish was delicious! Susan and the rest of the crew were awesome. The tables and bathrooms were clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back soon!

I went to this restaurant to try their chocolate chip cookie. It was decent, but not outstanding. However, I was disappointed to see an "inflation surcharge" on the receipt. It seemed deceptive to me. It would be more honest for them to just raise their prices instead of trying to hide extra charges.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes and never received the two simple items we ordered: a trio salad sample and a fried chicken. The cashier even assured us they still had some chicken in the warmer, but it never arrived.
