The restaurant La Société , Cologne has a new cook: Leon Hofmockel has been transferred to the kitchen since August 2021. Peter Hesseler, the managing director of two star restaurants – besides La Société also Gut Lärchenhof in Pulheim near Cologne – shows that he always has a good hand for new appointments.
