A small restaurant right on the Elbe overlooking the city and the fortress Königstein. The operator pair has created a special idyllic character here. The food was very good and nothing from the bar. Even the pommes are self-made, which underlines the love of food preparation. There's nothing from the bar and you taste it. Amendments have been implemented immediately. These efforts were to tell operators what I can and respect in terms of quality. The ambience is rustic, but clean. For me too much little decoration was on the walls that only reflects my taste. Again and again I would come back to enjoy.
The Landgasthof is a cozy place with a fantastic view of Elbe and Königstein Fortress. The cake and the inlaid cheese have tasted well and were completely sufficient. Since the Landgasthof is located on the other Elb side of Königstein you should either be on the road by bike or by ferry transferring a journey with the car is a bit difficult. But a visit is definitely worth it.
Mega panoramic view of the Elbe on site and festivals Königstein. There are free sun loungers on the Elbwiese. Starting point of the Elbe hiking trail to Bad Schandau. Cake is unfortunately not itself made, but is an underaverage mass product. Hot chocolate, unfortunately only bag kao. For Saxony, the land of coffee aunts, a poverty certificate!
Beautiful guest house right on the Elbe. From the beer garden you will see the fortress Königstein. Wonderful. There are local beers and delicious regional cuisine. We tried the inlaid Camembert and the defensive peasant steak and drank fresh black beer from the barrel. We'll be back.

Very nicely located is the inn but I won't eat here again. Didn't really get tired, and the taste didn't bother us.

Big beer garden. Pleasant prices with good portions and delicious. Perfect location.
