I went to dinner with friends in this restaurant one evening and sincerely I don't think the dishes are homemade, given their taste it's impossible. products certainly come from these wholesalers who sell to restorers of the dishes made in vacuum. My chicken was all weird, as if he had spent weeks in a plastic sauce, really not very good passage sauce. the gratin was really not very appreciable either, and the wine is not worth its price in any case. one of my friends took a crispy goat in, industrial cheese, all in a dry archi dough.
