Le Chef Marc De Passorio

My wife and I, took a couple from America, who are both old friends of mine as well as owners of several upscale restaurants in the Detroit area. She is the head Chef for her restaurants....and I wanted to see if she would be impressed with our multi course dinner at L'Esprit de la Violette, or just yawn at the meal we had. I can say that from the first item we ate down to the last bite of dessert....she was like a child at Christmas! Her eyes were big, as was her smile (that never disappeared for even a moment) the entire evening. Our evening at L'Esprit de la Violette was a special memory we will always share! It was well worth every centime!

Un repas merveilleux! L'ambiance magnifique! C'est la deuxième fois à L'Esprit de la Violette pour nous et on reviendra la prochaine fois qu'on est en Aix! Unbelievable meal and magnificent surroundings. It's our second time here and we'll comeback the next time we're in Aix! Truly lovely!
