the setting, from the restaurant the marsh of the wood pit of Appoigny, is very green and easy to reach a small kilometer in the entrance or exit of the A and kilometers of Auxerre. has its head, a new and young thibaut mallet chef, with ideas of discoveries for local flavors. traditional and regional cuisine, with passion and a well-suited wine menu. On this side we have feasted, table of, sparkling, then of, ham persiled, manufacture of the chef, and of, desserts and beer maddam of chablis. The reception, for this dinner, and the service were efficient and pleasant. Restaurant bistrot, open in its reputation, was, from the outset, its buffet, immense, hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
We found the Marais with great pleasure and we were conquered by the new map and the dishes, really of quality. Of course, the price is a little higher but it is largely justified in terms of freshness and quality of products. Everything we enjoyed from the entrance to the dessert both on the presentation of the dishes and on the taste and quantity. Congratulations to the new leader! So a single flat and size ....it is absolutely necessary to reserve considering the size of the room clearly under dimensioned ...
