back to savenay, after several years of absence, a buffet stop at the royam did not disappoint us. The welcome is unsurprising: pleasant and warm, a simple but effective card, a chef (I say well a chef who accepts without reluctance to modify a accompaniment by not putting any caps in a tartare and replacing them with finely chopped cives: what a good idea, it mixes perfectly with the tartare!
