Mythical, quiet and relaxing place. Very nice welcome. The map has only one menu and it is extremely relaxing. We don't have to choose. Let's be guided. We're leaving for a culinary discovery. That's great! The dishes succeed in the good timing. The service is discreet and accurate. Everything we love! Each dish is elegant, well presented, very aesthetic and refined. In the 1950s, a historic building built by the famous architect Le Corbusier, on the third floor there is this atypical restaurant. Warm welcome. An exceptional view of the islands of Marseille. Marseille as a city is not for everyone, including my wife and I. The highlight to our short stay was our fantastic dinner at Le Ventre. The food was arguably the most delicious I have ever tasted and my wife enjoyed some items she never dared to try before. The staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend making reservations here, you will not be disappointed. One thing I felt similar to other reviews was when I entered the building, I wasn’t so sure. But once you get to the restaurant you will be fine.
Excellent gourmet restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Le Corbusier building with panoramic views of the city of Marseille. Guests can also book a room at the hotel. The architecture of this building is very interesting and avant-garde for the time. The restaurant's cuisine is delicious. There is a unique menu composed of 2 entries and 2 dishes and a dessert. Disappointed by the architect's belly after reading so praiseworthy opinions. We went there on Saturday night, and I said on the reservation that it was a birthday. No attention in this sense. A unique menu of 65 euros that is not worth them in terms of taste. Research in dishes certainly, but not really refined. Not bad but not up to a gastro. Same for the service worthy of the local brewery. There is better for much cheaper in Marseille!
What a pity, what a pity to apply and to have this talent for such a good kitchen, what a pity to serve it with as many trades, sympathy and efficiency. a pity to make all these efforts and to position people on each other .. while the room is half empty ... When you come to a place of this guy it's also to have a little privacy with the guest person, not to hear all the neighbors say to 50 cm and so can't say anything...
Very good restaurant in an unusual place: the Corbusier building. Located on the 3rd floor, this restaurant is a gourmet restaurant for a budget that remains reasonable for this type of restaurant. The service was very pleasant and the dishes very good. We enjoyed the work of the cooks who brought our taste buds to the chief world. I recommend.
