restaurant a little far from the center of the station m. mottaret, but with a large terrace and more than 100 covers. Maybe it's the factory, but we don't feel it. waitress and waitress (except a big hard) pleasant, smiling, professional and fast. good dishes, quite copyy but expensive in comparison with other restaurants. the most expensive drinks. I recommend the tartiflette, but if you want to finish with a dessert, take the little hunger. practical but you can find as well and cheaper.

A superb spot for lunch. The food and service was exceptional. We found Les Castors on our first day and returned each day of our holiday. The tartiflette was exceptional, as were all of the dishes. A special mention must go to our wonderful server Nina, who always remembered us and looked after us so well and made us laugh. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes on sunny days and a warm cosy fire inside for those not so sunny days. A perfect spot! Sue, John, Jon Jemma

general portions of wonderfully boiled Savoyard dishes: tartiflette, omelette, salate. friendly staff and great location. good value for the location. we are skiing here every day practically during our week.

the place is very pleasant and ideally located by the trout and away from the crowds. servers are exceptional. A big thank you to pierrot for his sympathy! We'll be back!

Just The Best, you can’t get better than les Castors, best location and 100% the best food in Meribel, definitely recommend!
