from the first to the last bite a taste explosion. regional fresh ingredients, exciting combinations and perfectly matched meals. the dishes were beautifully dressed and presented in various textures. we had among other things the forellentatar and the saibling. my highlight was the dessert .homemade cassissorbet with rucola, balsamico and hippekeks. the services are very nice and dedicated. the wine selection is good. very much sweeter wein, but I think that is regionally conditioned. prices are more than reasonable. we look forward to the next time!

It was extremely tasty, the trout with a beautiful crispy skin, the roast beef well through and not dry and the pastinaken puree just delicious. Especially beautiful I find there is no extra children's card with Pommes Co. For the children is ordered from the card and the portion is then a bit smaller, really great. And special highlight, that was an unforgettable day for my child, the candle on the ball ice we come over more often from now on.
