Madeline's Falafel Shawarma

No working phone number. No parking. No service. Seen this place a few times and thought I'd give it a try. Tried to call in an order. The phone number listed is not a working number. My next thought was to walk in and place an order. There are like 2 or 3 legal parking spots in front of the shop which is between several other businesses. I parked illegally thinking I'd place my order, ran a few errands and pick up my order. While in the restaurant I could see at least 2 women in the kitchen. After standing at the counter for over 5 minutes one of the woman came up and asked if anyone had taken my order. I responded no. She then turned and walked back into the kitchen without taking my order...

I went here Friday and had a lovely experience. First I have to say how amazing the customer service was. The cashier was so helpful and kind. She let me try 2 of the dips since I was indecisive. They even cut up cucumbers for me, instead of pita since I don’t eat gluten. The food was so yummy!! I especially loved the humus. I’ll definitely be back!!

So disappointed, drove for over an hour on a Tuesday November 28 for dinner, got there at 6pm, just to be greeted by a closed door and no lights….

We love this place. The food is outstanding and Madeline is a genuine pleasure. It's right in a cute neighborhood and great bite.

Very tasty Greek food selection. Service was good and the serving size was good which gave us leftovers to enjoy later.
