The food at Málà Project Greenpoint is absolutely delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. I have placed multiple orders, and each time I pick up my food, the staff treat me as if I’m asking for something for free, showing a very poor attitude without even a simple thank you. I keep coming back because the menu is great, but the consistently disappointing service really needs improvement. The food at Málà Project Greenpoint is outstanding, and the atmosphere and service are just as impressive! I especially enjoy coming here for the dry pot. I do wish they still offered Chinese baijiu, as it pairs perfectly with the spicy Szechuan flavors.
