The food itself is fine. It is a buffet restaurant and you pay per weight. The whole restaurant is vegetarian, but vegan options are characterized. The problem is that it is often not wrong. I have seen vegan dishes containing milk or cheese. I'm not sure why but almost every dish with honey is also called vegan. If you are aware that it is not as big when a deal as they have listed all the ingredients. But reading every single ingredient for each individual dish takes forever and somehow defying the vegan labelling system all together. So if you come here just be aware not to trust the little vegan symbol.
Stumbled over this vegetarian/vegan place in heart of Graz. Fantastic choice of hot and cold vegetarian food, you pay for the weight of what you eat (so if you want to eat a kilo of couscous you can), self service, and plenty of space. We are not vegetarians, but cannot recommend this place highly enough for healthy, tasty, food (even have vegetarian cakes to finish) and at absolutely superb value. Great change from standard fare in Austria.
The salad bar in MANGOLDS is the best ever over 30 salads or so. And when you talk to the chefs the quality becomes clear. they use mostly generic products, everything is freshly delivered on the same day and cooked without any synthetic ingredients. staff is friendly, restaurant is a bit loud. On top: all ingredients are declared, a lot of meals without lactose.

Its an ordinary vegeterian restaurant with quite some choice. I gues s ordinary people like it. But I am not ordinary I dont like the atmosphere in the place, I cannot tell what it is but when I feel the atmosphere suddenly I dont like the food anymore which looked excellent to me when I put it on the plate. This is why I stopped going there.
Ich finde auch die Salatbar toll für Veganer, es sollte auch eine neue Bowl Bar, aber ich habe sie noch nicht gesehen. Im Allgemeinen finde ich, dass es viele vegane Wahl gibt, sogar ein veganes Tagesgericht ist in der Regel enthalten. Und es gibt vegane Kuchen!
Professional ambiente, but unpersonal and nothing vegan. Cakes are all with egg and milk. : Staff is friendly but littlebit expensiv. Owner is not even vegetarian..
Huge salad bar, but not so many vegan options at the main dishes. Also his not so cheap, so I prefer ginko. (So are the pattys with eggs and so on)
