I recently visited the Vancouver Marugame Udon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Having frequented the Honolulu location many times, which I always enjoyed, I decided to order my usual Nikutama Udon. It was quite good—the noodles were mostly fresh, and there was a generous amount of beef. The restaurant was very quiet during my visit, which might have affected the overall flavor a bit. The value is excellent, with a bowl of udon priced around $13. Overall, I’d recommend giving this place a try for great udon at reasonable prices. I stumbled upon Marugame Udon by chance while heading to the station, and the place grabbed my attention. I decided to try the Nikutama, which was delicious and reasonably priced.
