The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. When I asked about the menu options, they rudely replied that they did not have what I wanted. The drive-thru attendant was dismissive and unhelpful. They only offered Sprite when I inquired about cold drinks. Additionally, when my food was ready, one of the workers was joking around with another employee instead of serving me promptly. I witnessed a woman in a gray shirt yelling at a customer at the counter, showing a lack of care for customer service. It seems like the employees at this franchise location do not value customer satisfaction, and I question if the owner is aware of the poor service provided.
I?ve probably gone here about 15 times before finally writing this. The staff here is absolutely horrific. I place mobile orders and 75% of the time they can?t even seem to find them. On top of that, they?re straight up rude. I accidentally drove awaywithout getting a receipt, backed up to grab it and the lady said ?you really gonna drive off without your receipt?? In a snarktone. I frequent this place enough that I know for a fact you get paid to mostly sit on your phone and provide the lowest levelof service possible. Hire. Better. Staff.
If you are too lazy to open your doors for dining in or carry out, or for customers to pick up their orders, don't get upset when a customer chooses curbside pick up. Not all vehicles are able to go through the drive-thru. It's not fair to blame employee shortages when there are 10 employees standing around doing nothing. Lastly, when I place an order through the app for two items, why can't you even get my order right?
We visited the drive-thru on a Sunday simply to grab some fries to tide us over until our next stop. The line was quite long, possibly due to being short-staffed. The young woman working was friendly. The fries were hot, but not quite up to Chick-fil-A standards. I would consider returning in the future.
