Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I visit this place frequently, but my experiences are consistently disappointing. I've voiced my concerns many times, and here's what happened today: It seems they ran out of cream, which is shocking. I had to wait much longer than usual. While preparing my coffee, the staff member accidentally got cream all over their hands. They then grabbed the cup lid from the inside, which is quite unappetizing, especially given the current circumstances. To top it off, they also touched the lid on top. It was just unpleasant all around.

I usually don't review fast food places--not bc they're all horrible but it's just a normal place to get a quick something. However, my parent and I went on Monday and we had such a nice and attentive worker who was an older gentleman named Gregory! He checked our receipt to make sure he had given us everything asked us which sauces we liked. He was so warm and caring!! We also saw him be super nice to the children and I just wanted to mention that he made my experience five stars and made the experience so pleasant!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. They are incredibly fast, but they occasionally forget things. However, whenever I point it out, they are always very friendly and eager to assist. My only suggestion would be for them to double-check the orders after handing them over. Despite that, I really enjoy coming here. The staff is very polite and always willing to help.

If I could give this place a lower rating, I definitely would. After a long day at work, I expect my order to be correct, but that wasn’t the case. I let them know about the mistake, yet I was left waiting in the parking lot. I ended up with the wrong order and had to settle for that. I’m really disappointed with the service. They need to clean up their act.

great location and service, but please stop the people parking on the side and send the workers to the parking space, just to avoid that long drive thru timer record.
