Mercure Hotel Panorama Freiburg - Chez Eric

Eric Lasaille took over the panoramic hotel that had come in the years. The former Hunterhäusle had survived the long decline of the hotel somewhat, but the renovation shop had also arrived in guest rooms and kitchen. Chez Eric is a fresh (French wind). The ubiquitous patron welcomes every guest personally and advises on the selection. The guest rooms are not yet fully ventilated for my taste, but the charm of the early eighties is designed with the train. As the weather allows, it attracts me and all the others under 90 years to the spacious panoramic terrace the real jewel of this location! a place where you like to meet regularly with the family (the dogs are really welcome) we have always been received with love by a staff of very high quality smile room always impeccable with all that it takes even if the bathroom starts taking age the view is just exceptional which beautiful place. more

I was blown away by how good the food was at Chez Eric! So different than the normal heavy German meals that can be sometimes boring. But not Chez Eric!...
