"If you happen to be passing near Itzehoe, make a point of stopping for coffee and cake in the wonderful Cafe Königsberg. The cake and gateaux selection is amazing, even by German standards and the quality of the cakes is of the highest order. They also sell all manner of specialty breads. The decor is quirky and cozy with an array of Tiffany style lamps on the ceiling and tables and a small library on all things East Prussian. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable."

"Der Kuchen und die Torten sind einfach klasse. Das Frühstück ist auch okay. Gehen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hin bzw. bestellen eine leckere Torte."
