My partner and I absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the flavors of the sauce in our burgers. The Bubble O Bill mocktail was amazing (they also have a cocktail version). I requested a mocktail and they were happy to accommodate. It was like a milkshake and the best drink we've ever had - definitely a must try. The burgers and fries were fantastic, and we will definitely be returning. The customer service was also excellent - we were warmly welcomed by a professional and courteous staff in a friendly and cool atmosphere. We can't wait to come back soon! 10/10.
Enjoyed the food, was amazing! Most drinks took longer then the food to come out. Two men that were working front shop seemed really rude. First man was taller and took about ten minutes to seat us after looking at us several times seeing us standing and waiting, we also had a booking. Second guy was shorter and just seemed like a really uptight rude person when I asked how long the other drinks would take. I was so excited to go here for my birthday weekend, I’ve been waiting for so long to get a chance to go here but the guys working really made it a letdown experience.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the portion sizes are not oversized. Unfortunately, the waiter we encountered was quite rude. Some customers entered and were not greeted, so they took a seat at a free table. The waiter then brusquely informed them that they were sitting at a reserved table and directed them to a table in the back of the restaurant. Despite having visited this restaurant a few times before, we found the waiter to be arrogant and now, hearing about his rudeness, we do not plan on returning.
This restaurant is always a great choice for delicious food, amazing shakes cocktails, and a fun atmosphere. The only downside was that the special dessert was not available again, which was disappointing as we had missed it on our last visit. However, one of the girls in our group received a free Rocher Shot as a kind gesture to make up for it. Such a generous touch!
