Minato Sushi - Reservar una mesa

This is the best Japanese restaurant and in addition Sushi Bar in the Conejo Valley. The fish is always fresh and the rolls and sashimi are always well prepared. I recommend their combinations, particularly the katsu, tempura, and chef?s choice sushi. The tempura shrimp and vegetables are great. I recommend for the area, given our proximity to the sea, the Cajun Tuna Sashimi and the bigeye tuna. The photo is from a new roll that (I think) is called KTS? Regardless it is great. The staff is always friendly despite them being scaled back during this pandemic.
