My 14 yr old daughter was looking for a job. Specifically asked if they hired 14 years olds and was told yes. She applied, got the job, did the onboarding, received an offer letter and everything. At her orientation they tell her she cant have the job because she is 14. To add insult to injury, they text her advising there was an update and to check her email. They sent her an email saying she didnt get the job as if they didnt already just tell her this in person a couple days prior. Very unorganized and no one will get back with me about how this was even able to happen.
