Mod Pizza - Reservar una mesa

This location is usually awesome. The manager and staff are friendly, customer service is great. Last night the physical appearance was not what it typically is. Pizza prep area was a mess, cheese was in the sauce bin, prep surface area was not clean, pizza dough had sauce on it before I selected a sauce. Beverage area was a mess. Trash was on the floor, used pizza box was left on a table, and a huge wooden box on a packing crate was in the dining area. The usual manager was not on duty. Please do better!

This location is quite nice, the staff was very friendly and the pizza is fresh and tasty. The condiments and drink bar was well stocked and clean. The Columbia location, lately, not so much.

Took 45 minutes to make the food thought it was made on demand not made in a hour. Incompetent work staff seemed extremely unprofessional and unorganized I would not recommend this location

The driver left my food on the ground, and the food was not in a bag. I have a table on the porch.

We prefer Owings Mills you our local restaurant. They always get it right and treat us well.
