I've been going to eat in this place regularly for a few months... it's close to my workplace and since my schedule gives me little free time to cook and prepare food, this restaurant is PROVIDENTIAL for me for several reasons: 1) in this place they are very kind and you can chat about a lot of topics with the owners who turned out to be very kind and helpful 2) the food is excellent, the burgers are made of quality meat, and they make them as you say, even changing ingredients and experimenting with things not on paper 3) the pizza, for being in Neuchâtel, is really good, including the dough and everything... Also ich habe nicht viel Ahnung von Portugiesischer Küche. Aber wenn man nach einer Beilage fragt der Chefkoch an den Tisch gestochen kommt und einen riesiges Theater veranstaltet wegen einer kritischen Frage dann ist es fertig mit Gemütlichkeit. Der Hammer war dann dass er uns aufforderte zu gehen. Er brachte die Rechnung und schnaubte davon. Was soll das für eine Gastfreundschaft sein? Ach ja der Grund für den Disput war die Nachfrage ob Stockfisch nicht normalerweise mit Gemüse serviert werde?
