Moe's Southwest Grill

Waited in line while the employees made orders to go and for door dash while people were coming in waiting in line. After finally being waited on only one type of rice available. Ordered queso on the side and paid for it. Get home and the queso not in the bag. This isn’t the first time. Salsa bar almost empty with very little selection. Hot sauce tastes like water. This will be the last time we go there we will drive the extra way to Chipotle where the actual customers in the restaurant are a priority over the door dash orders. If you can’t hire enough people to have customers satisfied in store then maybe you shouldn’t fill deliveries

as a reward member of moe I get a free birthday burrito that prompted my youngest visit. we ordered burritos for picking up board, ordering around 10 o'clock for a pickup time later in the evening. my meals were ready at the exact time, and everything was hot and made exactly as we indicated in our order. we are always happy with the portion sizes, and if they want freebeies and discounted, make sure to download the moes app! they earn rewards for every purchase on the top perks like the birthday burrito.

every time I order the door from this place where they get something wrong. I have literally paid for guacand queso and they have not put it on my order, and they do not respond to their handys. they also give me salsa. absolutely ridiculous?

were large. we ordered 3 different dishes. Huhn, bark and steak. the steak was a little tasteless, the huh was so, and the ground bark was the best of the 3.

the best place ever. never seen, gives a place so small portions of food. would not recommend coming here unless they want to be demolished
