Monett Kebab And Pizza

it was 11.30 at night and I was craving a kebab and chips ordered it and told them to ring me when outside I also stood by the door aswell to look out aswell!! Checked on the app and it had said delivered but it hadn’t because I didn’t get a call or see anyone. So I get a phone call from someone and they say it’s monett and that they delivered to next door I need to go and get it? Well no it’s your fault you get it and fix your mistake! He knocked twice no answer and then said to me do you want a refund or I can get you pizza and chips and I said no I want a refund thatll be easier. I said it’s your fault you sort it! Had pizza and kebabs from here for a while now, but lately it has been terrible, overcooked kebab, re cooked chips, wrong pizza, list goes on. Last order will be our last, when i rang up and asked why a large shish only had 3 bits of meat i got every excuse under the sun, being the gentleman i am i politely told them i will not be ordering again, nor will i be recommending them to anyone else. Avoid even if you have had a beer or two!

Sorry but never again order in Monett, food looks absolutely disgusting. Ordered a couple of chicken doner kebab thru uber eat and when i open the box it looks like a dog dinner. Didn’t even attempt to eat ‘em so i put it straight in the bin

Waited for over an hour for delivery. Food was delivered cold, chicken was pink. When we finally got hold of the place, they were unhelpful and wouldn’t refund. Kept saying would redeliver.

Awful awful food. Barely even edible. Poor customer service who weren’t interested at all. Photo says all you need to know.
