Great food, especially the pies. Good beer, too and a beautiful old building with a lovely beer garden. Dogs welcome and the landlord's dog is super friendly. There's plenty of parking in nearby St Nick's park with access to the beer garden from the park's main car park.

Fantastic pub. Lovely atmosphere with super staff who really know their stuff. I had a vegan pie which was delicious (the vegan menu had a good amount of choice for starters, mains and puddings). Compliments to the chef!

Lovely meal with my family. Staff are pleasant and we didn't wait long until lunch was brought to our table. Certainly recommend this place and would certainly come back again. Thank you for a nice experience.
